FOOD Although we can provide dog food, it is at an extra charge and, we prefer you to provide what your dog will be used to at home.

BRING Bring your pet's own bed, blankets etc. Please don't wash them. Home scents are what are important.

TOYS Feel free to bring some toys, but not precious ones, as they usually get lost or damaged. 

DO NOT BRING water and feed bowls. 

CHARGES Please note we charge per day or part of a day, we do not offer or make any charges for boarding or overnights. 

Please pay in cash upon collection and confirm upon booking or arrival what costs you will be responsible for.

HEATING Heating is extra in winter per chalet.

ASSESSMENT We are usually unable to take bookings during peak periods, like school holidays for un-assessed dogs. Please try to plan ahead and and bring your dog for assessment in advance. It makes it MUCH BETTER for your dog too!

OPENING TIMES We operate 12 hours Mon-Sat from 6am until 6pm but opening times for dog movements are restricted to TWO sessions.

MORNINGS Drop off and collections between 6am & 10am. Please note, we only take in ARRIVALS during the morning movement. This is so we can properly settle your dog into our surroundings. Thank you for your understanding.

AFTERNOONS Collections only between 3pm & 6pm 

CLOSED Between 10am and 3pm we are engaged with 'doggy things' and are not available for 'two-legs' stuff.

TIME-SLOT Before you set off, please confirm a time slot for drop-offs or collections.

VISITS We welcome visitors to view our operation and facilities. We conduct visits every day by appointment at 3pm. Please do not bring your dog or small children with you for a visit as it restricts what we can show you. Book your visit-day in advance please.

Sundays and Bank Holidays are different; drop offs and collections 7.30 until 8.30am and collections only 3 until 5pm.

Please don't ask us to extend our 'movement' times as a refusal often offends.
